1. ENGAGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Services booked directly with the Company unless alternative written terms have been expressly agreed.
1.2 By submitting a booking and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the Parent confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to them.
1.3 A Contract is formed when the Company accepts the booking and issues a Booking Confirmation. Submission of a booking request alone does not guarantee acceptance.
1.4 The Parent confirms that they have the legal authority to make the booking and provide the information required for the Pupil’s participation.
1.5 The Company reserves the right to decline a booking where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including insufficient capacity, age restrictions, safeguarding concerns or an inability to safely accommodate the Pupil’s needs after appropriate consideration of reasonable adjustments.
1.6 Any variation to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed in writing by the Company and the Parent.
1.7 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the Parent’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. CONTRACT DURATION
2.1 The Contract begins when the booking is accepted by the Company.
2.2 The Contract continues until the Services included within the Booking have been completed, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 Each Booking relates only to the dates and activities specified in the Booking Confirmation.
2.4 A Booking does not automatically entitle the Pupil to attend future activities or booking periods.
3. BOOKINGS AND ENROLMENT
3.1 General Bookings
3.1.1 All Pupils must have a confirmed Booking before attending a Service.
3.1.2 Bookings must be made through the Company’s authorised online booking system unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed.
3.1.3 The Company cannot guarantee admission to any Pupil who arrives without a confirmed Booking.
3.1.4 Bookings are subject to availability and are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.1.5 The Parent is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied during the booking process is accurate and up to date.
3.1.6 The Parent must notify the Company promptly of any changes to emergency contact details, medical information, collection arrangements or other information relevant to the Pupil’s safety and welfare.
3.2 After-School Club Bookings
3.2.1 After-school clubs are generally offered as a block of sessions covering a specified half-term or term.
3.2.2 Parents booking an after-school club must book and pay for all remaining scheduled sessions within the advertised Booking Period.
3.2.3 Individual sessions cannot ordinarily be selected, removed or excluded from a block booking unless expressly agreed by the Company.
3.2.4 Where a Parent books after the beginning of a half-term or term, the Fee will be calculated according to the remaining scheduled sessions available from the date of enrolment.
3.2.5 A confirmed Booking reserves the Pupil’s place for the remaining sessions within that Booking Period.
3.2.6 Failure to attend an individual session does not automatically entitle the Parent to a refund, account credit or replacement session. Any entitlement will be determined in accordance with Section 7 and applicable consumer law.
3.3 Holiday Camp Bookings
3.3.1 Holiday camps may be booked for individual days or other advertised booking options, subject to availability.
3.3.2 Each separately booked holiday camp day constitutes an individual place for the purposes of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3.3.3 Parents must ensure that the Pupil meets any advertised age or eligibility requirements.
3.3.4 The Parent is responsible for reviewing the advertised arrival, collection, meal and activity arrangements before completing the Booking.
3.4 Booking Transfers
3.4.1 Bookings are personal to the registered Pupil and cannot be transferred to another child without the Company’s prior written agreement.
3.4.2 Requests to change dates, activities or Locations are subject to availability and the Company’s approval.
3.4.3 The Company reserves the right to decline a requested transfer where it would create additional costs, operational difficulties or safeguarding concerns, provided this does not restrict any statutory rights.
4. FEES AND PAYMENTS
4.1 The Fees payable for each Service will be displayed during the booking process before payment is completed.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, all Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4.3 Payments are processed through the Company’s authorised online booking and payment providers.
4.4 A Booking will not ordinarily be confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse attendance where payment has not been received, subject to any agreed alternative payment arrangements.
4.6 Any discounts, promotional codes or special offers are subject to their advertised conditions and cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively.
4.7 Where a promotional code has been used, any refund or account credit will be calculated using the amount actually paid, rather than the undiscounted value of the Booking.
4.8 Where a school or other organisation subsidises a Service, the Parent will be responsible only for the contribution specified at the point of booking.
4.9 Any refund relating to a School-Subsidised Club will ordinarily be calculated against the amount paid by the Parent. The school’s financial contribution will be governed by the separate arrangements between the Company and the school.
4.10 The Company will not introduce additional compulsory charges after a Booking has been confirmed unless the Parent expressly agrees or the charge arises under a clearly disclosed provision of these Terms.
5. ATTENDANCE, BEHAVIOUR AND COLLECTION
5.1 Attendance
5.1.1 The Parent is responsible for ensuring that the Pupil attends the correct Location on the booked dates and at the advertised times.
5.1.2 The Parent is responsible for arranging suitable transport to and from the Location unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed.
5.1.3 Where a Pupil is unable to attend, the Parent should notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible.
5.1.4 Non-attendance does not automatically entitle the Parent to a refund, account credit or replacement session.
5.2 Behaviour
5.2.1 All Pupils are expected to behave respectfully towards Coaches, other participants and members of the public.
5.2.2 The Company promotes a positive, inclusive environment and will make reasonable efforts to support Pupils who experience behavioural or emotional difficulties.
5.2.3 Where behaviour causes concern, Coaches will ordinarily attempt to resolve the situation through appropriate behaviour-management strategies.
5.2.4 Where behaviour repeatedly disrupts activities or presents a risk to the safety or welfare of others, the Company may contact the Parent to discuss appropriate support or alternative arrangements.
5.2.5 The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or exclude a Pupil where reasonably necessary to protect the safety and welfare of the Pupil, other participants or staff.
5.2.6 Any decision to suspend or exclude a Pupil will take account of the circumstances, including any known disability, additional needs and the Company’s obligations to make reasonable adjustments.
5.2.7 Where a Pupil is permanently excluded, any refund for unused sessions will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law, the circumstances leading to exclusion and any reasonable costs or losses incurred by the Company.
5.3 Collection Arrangements
5.3.1 Parents must ensure that Pupils are collected promptly at the advertised finishing time.
5.3.2 Pupils will only be released to an authorised adult unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed with the Company.
5.3.3 The Parent must inform the Company in advance of any changes to authorised collection arrangements.
5.3.4 Where a Parent or authorised collector is late, the Company will continue to safeguard and supervise the Pupil until an appropriate handover has taken place.
5.3.5 The Company reserves the right to introduce reasonable late collection charges where these have been clearly communicated to the Parent in advance.
5.3.6 Repeated late collection may result in a review of the Pupil’s continued participation in future Services.
5.3.7 Where a Pupil remains uncollected and the Company cannot contact an authorised adult, the Company will follow its safeguarding and uncollected-child procedures, including contacting relevant authorities where necessary.
6. DELIVERY, LOCATIONS AND SAFEGUARDING
6.1 Delivery of Services
6.1.1 The Company will use reasonable care and skill in delivering its Services.
6.1.2 Activities will ordinarily take place at the Location, dates and times advertised during the booking process.
6.1.3 The Company may make reasonable changes to activities, equipment or staffing where necessary for operational, educational or safety reasons, provided the overall nature and quality of the Service are not materially reduced.
6.1.4 Where a material change is necessary, the Company will notify affected Parents as soon as reasonably practicable and explain any available alternatives or refund entitlement.
6.1.5 The Company may appoint suitably qualified or appropriately experienced replacement Coaches where necessary.
6.2 Safeguarding and Duty of Care
6.2.1 The Company is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children participating in its Services.
6.2.2 For after-school clubs, responsibility for a Pupil will ordinarily transfer to the Company when the Pupil is formally handed over to and accepted by an authorised Synergy Coach or representative.
6.2.3 For holiday camps and other activities requiring parental drop-off, responsibility will ordinarily transfer when the Pupil has been registered and accepted into the Company’s care.
6.2.4 Responsibility for the Pupil will transfer back to the Parent or authorised collector following an appropriate handover at the conclusion of the Service.
6.2.5 The Company will continue to take reasonable steps to safeguard any Pupil who has not been collected at the scheduled finishing time.
6.2.6 Parents must comply with the Company’s reasonable safeguarding, registration and collection procedures.
6.3 Medical Information and Illness
6.3.1 Parents must provide accurate information about any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, additional needs or other circumstances relevant to the Pupil’s safe participation.
6.3.2 Parents must notify the Company promptly of any changes to this information.
6.3.3 Where a Pupil requires medication or specific medical support, appropriate arrangements must be discussed and agreed with the Company before attendance.
6.3.4 The Company may decline attendance where a Pupil is unwell or where participation would present a significant health or safety risk that cannot reasonably be managed.
6.3.5 Where a Pupil becomes unwell during a Service, the Company may contact the Parent and request prompt collection.
6.3.6 In an emergency, the Company may contact emergency services and take reasonable steps to protect the Pupil’s health and welfare.
6.3.7 Nothing in these Terms removes the Company’s legal duties concerning health and safety, safeguarding, disability discrimination or reasonable adjustments.
6.4 Circumstances Outside the Company’s Control
6.4.1 Services may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control, including:
(a) severe weather;
(b) unexpected school or venue closures;
(c) loss of access to facilities;
(d) major transport disruption;
(e) public health emergencies; or
(f) other unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe delivery.
6.4.2 Where such circumstances arise, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Parents.
6.4.3 Where possible, the Company may offer a suitable alternative Location, date or replacement session.
6.4.4 Where a Service cannot be provided, the Company’s refund obligations will be determined in accordance with Section 7 and applicable consumer law.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
7.1 Cancellation Requests
7.1.1 Parents may request cancellation of a Booking by notifying the Company in writing.
7.1.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the Company’s designated contact address or through another cancellation method expressly authorised by the Company.
7.1.3 The date on which the Company receives the cancellation request will be used to determine whether the request falls within the applicable cancellation period.
7.1.4 The Company’s contractual cancellation arrangements are set out below. These arrangements do not affect any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
7.2 Seven-Day Cancellation Period
7.2.1 The Company offers a contractual cancellation period of seven (7) calendar days following the date on which a Booking is made.
7.2.2 Where a valid cancellation request is received within this period, and the relevant Service has not been provided, the Parent may choose either:
(a) A monetary refund, subject to the administration fees specified in clause 7.3; or
(b) The full amount paid for the cancelled place or places as credit to their Synergy account, without an administration fee.
7.2.3 Where the Booking covers multiple sessions, any refund or credit will relate only to the sessions that have not already been provided.
7.2.4 Where a Booking is made fewer than seven days before a Service is due to take place, the seven-day contractual cancellation period will not extend beyond the commencement of that Service. Any entitlement to cancel or receive a refund will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
7.2.5 The Company does not provide a contractual right to cancel a session retrospectively after that session has been delivered.
7.3 Cancellation Administration Fees
7.3.1 Where a Parent chooses a monetary refund under clause 7.2, the following administration fees will apply:
(a) £5.00 for the first cancelled place; and
(b) £2.50 for each additional cancelled place included within the same cancellation request.
7.3.2 For holiday camps, each separately booked day constitutes an individual place.
7.3.3 For after-school clubs, a block booking covering the remaining sessions within a half-term or term will ordinarily constitute one place for cancellation administration purposes.
7.3.4 Administration fees will not exceed the amount being refunded and are intended to reflect reasonable administrative costs associated with processing cancellations.
7.3.5 No administration fee will be deducted where the Parent chooses the full value of the eligible cancelled Booking as Synergy account credit, when the cancellation request is made within the seven-day cancellation period.
7.3.6 These fees do not apply where the Parent is exercising a statutory right to a refund without deduction.
7.4 Cancellations After Seven Days
7.4.1 Once seven calendar days have passed from the date of Booking, the Company’s standard contractual cancellation period will have expired.
7.4.2 Parents will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund, account credit or transfer where they subsequently decide that the Service is no longer required or the Pupil is unable to attend.
7.4.3 The Company reserves the right to retain reasonable amounts reflecting losses arising from cancellation, including staffing commitments, venue costs, administrative costs and lost income that cannot reasonably be recovered.
7.4.4 Where applicable consumer law requires consideration of the Company’s actual losses, the Company will take account of relevant circumstances, including costs avoided and whether the cancelled place has been or can reasonably be filled.
7.4.5 The Company will not retain cancellation charges that are disproportionate to its legitimate interests or otherwise unlawful.
7.4.6 Nothing in this section requires the Company to provide an automatic refund or account credit for a cancellation outside the contractual cancellation period where no such entitlement exists under applicable law.
7.5 Non-Attendance
7.5.1 Where a Pupil fails to attend a booked session because of illness, holidays, family commitments, transport difficulties or other personal circumstances, the Parent will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund, credit or replacement session.
7.5.2 The Company is not required to provide alternative sessions where the original Service remains available but the Pupil is unable to attend.
7.5.3 Any request for an exception will be considered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.
7.6 Goodwill Credits
7.6.1 The Company may, at its discretion, offer an account credit where a cancellation request falls outside the standard contractual cancellation period.
7.6.2 Such credits are offered as gestures of goodwill and do not establish an automatic entitlement for future cancellations.
7.6.3 The Company may apply a reasonable administration charge when offering a discretionary goodwill credit, provided the amount and conditions are clearly communicated to the Parent before acceptance.
7.6.4 The value and conditions of any goodwill credit will be confirmed in writing.
7.6.5 Offering goodwill credit on one occasion does not require the Company to offer equivalent arrangements in other circumstances.
7.7 Cancellation by the Company
7.7.1 Where the Company cancels a Service for reasons within its reasonable control, it will notify affected Parents as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.7.2 Where appropriate, the Company may offer a suitable replacement session or alternative arrangement.
7.7.3 Where the Company cancels a Service and does not provide the agreed Service or a suitable alternative accepted by the Parent, the Parent will be entitled to a refund for the affected Service, subject to applicable law.
7.7.4 Where a monetary refund is due because the Company has cancelled a Service, no administration fee will be deducted.
7.7.5 The Parent may choose to accept account credit instead of a monetary refund, but will not be required to do so where they are legally entitled to a refund.
7.8 School Closures and Exceptional Circumstances
7.8.1 Where a Service cannot take place because of school closure, severe weather, venue unavailability or another circumstance outside the Company’s reasonable control, the Company will make reasonable efforts to inform affected Parents.
7.8.2 Where practicable, the Company may offer an alternative date, Location or replacement session.
7.8.3 Where the agreed Service cannot be provided, any entitlement to a refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
7.8.4 The Company will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from such events except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.9 Refund Processing
7.9.1 Where a monetary refund is due, the Company will process it as promptly as reasonably practicable and within any period required by applicable law.
7.9.2 Where a statutory 14-day reimbursement requirement applies, the Company will comply with that requirement.
7.9.3 Refunds will ordinarily be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7.9.4 The Company is not responsible for additional processing time imposed by the Parent’s bank or payment provider after the refund has been issued.
7.10 Account Credits
7.10.1 Account credits issued under the Company’s contractual cancellation arrangements will ordinarily remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
7.10.2 Account credits may be used towards eligible future Services booked directly with the Company.
7.10.3 Account credits cannot ordinarily be transferred between customer accounts or exchanged for cash.
7.10.4 Any exceptions must be agreed in writing by the Company.
7.10.5 These restrictions do not apply where they would conflict with a statutory right to a monetary refund.
7.11 Statutory Rights
7.11.1 Nothing in this Cancellation and Refund Policy excludes or restricts any rights available to Parents under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable legislation.
7.11.2 Certain leisure services provided on specific dates may be exempt from the usual statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. Where an exemption lawfully applies, the Company’s contractual cancellation arrangements will operate as described above.
7.11.3 Where a statutory cancellation right applies, it will take precedence over any less favourable contractual provision.
8. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 Company’s Responsibilities
8.1.1 The Company will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its Services.
8.1.2 The Company will take reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment and appropriately supervise Pupils participating in its activities.
8.1.3 The Company will maintain appropriate policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health and safety and the management of foreseeable risks.
8.2 Limitations of Liability
8.2.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the Company’s liability for:
(a) Death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
(b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) Breach of statutory rights where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
(d) Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
8.2.2 Subject to clause 8.2.1, the Company will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the Contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8.2.3 The Company will not ordinarily be responsible for costs incurred by Parents as a result of a Pupil’s personal non-attendance, including unnecessary travel or alternative childcare arrangements, unless the Company is legally responsible for those losses.
8.2.4 Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not restrict the Parent’s statutory remedies.
8.3 Personal Property
8.3.1 Pupils are discouraged from bringing valuable personal belongings to activities.
8.3.2 The Company will take reasonable care where it has accepted responsibility for personal property but will not be responsible for loss or damage unless caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care or another breach of legal duty.
8.3.3 Parents are responsible for ensuring that clothing, equipment and other personal items brought to activities are suitable for participation.
8.4 Parent Responsibilities
8.4.1 Parents are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with reasonable safety, safeguarding and collection arrangements.
8.4.2 Parents may be responsible for losses or damage caused by their own unlawful or negligent actions, or by deliberate damage caused by a Pupil, where liability arises under applicable law.
8.4.3 The Company will not seek to recover losses from a Parent where those losses result from the Company’s own negligence or breach of legal duty.
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
9.1 Termination by the Company
9.1.1 The Company may suspend or terminate a Booking where there is a legitimate and proportionate reason to do so, including:
(a) Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions;
(b) Behaviour presenting an unacceptable risk to safety or welfare;
(c) Deliberately false or materially misleading booking information;
(d) Failure to comply with reasonable safeguarding requirements; or
(e) Failure to make payments due under an agreed payment arrangement.
9.1.2 Where reasonably practicable, the Company will notify the Parent of the concern and provide an opportunity to resolve it before terminating the Booking.
9.1.3 Immediate suspension or termination may be necessary where there is a serious safeguarding or safety concern.
9.1.4 Any decision to suspend or terminate a Booking will take account of applicable equality legislation, including the duty to make reasonable adjustments.
9.1.5 Where a Booking is terminated, the Company will assess any entitlement to a refund for unused Services in accordance with Section 7 and applicable law.
9.2 Termination by the Parent
9.2.1 Parents may request cancellation or termination of a Booking in accordance with Section 7.
9.2.2 Termination of a Booking does not automatically entitle the Parent to a refund for Services already provided or for amounts lawfully retained under these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 Material Breach
9.3.1 Either party may terminate the Contract where the other commits a material breach that cannot be remedied or fails to remedy a remediable material breach within fifteen (15) days of receiving written notice.
9.3.2 Nothing in this clause prevents immediate action where necessary to protect a child or another person’s safety.
9.3.3 Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that arose before the termination date.
10. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
10.1 The Company is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data protection legislation.
10.2 The Company collects and processes personal information necessary for the administration and delivery of its Services.
10.3 This may include:
(a) Parent and Pupil names;
(b) Contact information;
(c) Emergency contact details;
(d) Medical information and allergies;
(e) Relevant disability or additional support information;
(f) Attendance and booking records; and
(g) Payment and transaction information.
10.4 Personal information will be processed only where the Company has an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, an additional condition for processing special-category information.
10.5 Relevant information may be shared with authorised staff, schools, booking-system providers, emergency services or other organisations where necessary and lawful.
10.6 The Company will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
10.7 Parents are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during the booking process is accurate and up to date.
10.8 Further information about the collection, use, retention and protection of personal information, including individual rights, is provided in the Company’s Privacy Notice.
10.9 Where photographs or videos are taken for promotional purposes, the Company will follow its applicable consent and privacy procedures.
10.10 Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute consent to receive optional marketing communications or consent to promotional photography.
11. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES
11.1 The Company may communicate with Parents using the email address, telephone number or other contact details provided during the booking process.
11.2 Parents are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and for notifying the Company of any changes.
11.3 Booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices and other service-related communications may be issued electronically.
11.4 Parents may submit cancellation requests, complaints and other formal communications to the Company’s designated email address.
11.5 A cancellation request will be treated as received when it reaches the Company’s designated email system, whether or not it has been read immediately.
11.6 The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries and requests promptly.
11.7 Where urgent communication is required concerning a Pupil’s safety or welfare, the Company may contact the Parent or authorised emergency contact by telephone.
12. SCHOOL-SUBSIDISED ACTIVITIES
12.1 Certain after-school clubs or other Services may be partially funded by a school or another organisation.
12.2 Where a Service is subsidised, the Parent will be required to pay only the advertised parental contribution.
12.3 The amount of subsidy provided by the school does not form part of the Parent’s payment and will be governed by the separate agreement between the Company and the school.
12.4 Any refund or account credit due to the Parent will ordinarily be calculated using the amount actually paid by the Parent.
12.5 Where a school changes or withdraws its financial contribution, the Company will notify affected Parents of any proposed changes to future Services.
12.6 The Company will not increase the Fee for an existing confirmed Booking without the Parent’s agreement or another lawful contractual basis.
13. HAF-FUNDED ACTIVITIES
13.1 Certain holiday activities may be funded through the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF).
13.2 Eligibility for HAF-funded places is determined by the applicable programme requirements and relevant funding authority.
13.3 Parents are responsible for providing accurate eligibility and booking information.
13.4 The Company may request evidence of eligibility where required by the funding authority.
13.5 HAF-funded places are subject to availability, programme requirements and any additional conditions imposed by the relevant funding authority.
13.6 Where a Pupil is no longer eligible for a funded place, the Company may cancel or amend the Booking in accordance with the applicable programme requirements.
13.7 Parents should notify the Company as soon as possible where a Pupil is unable to attend a funded session.
13.8 Repeated non-attendance without notification may affect eligibility for future bookings where permitted by the applicable programme rules.
13.9 The standard monetary refund provisions in Section 7 do not apply to fully funded places for which the Parent has made no payment.
13.10 Any Parent-funded additional Services purchased alongside a HAF-funded place will remain subject to the applicable paid-booking Terms & Conditions.
13.11 Where HAF programme requirements conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the applicable mandatory programme requirements will take precedence for the funded activity, without affecting statutory rights.
14. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 The Company aims to provide high-quality Services and welcomes feedback from Parents.
14.2 Where a Parent is dissatisfied with any aspect of a Service, they should contact the Company in writing, providing relevant details of the concern.
14.3 The Company will investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.
14.4 Where a complaint relates to safeguarding or child welfare, the matter will be managed in accordance with the Company’s safeguarding procedures.
14.5 The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with Parents.
14.6 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a Parent from exercising statutory rights or pursuing legal remedies.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Changes to Terms
15.1.1 The Company may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
15.1.2 The Terms & Conditions applicable to a Booking will ordinarily be those accepted by the Parent at the time the Contract was formed.
15.1.3 Changes to existing confirmed Bookings will not be imposed without an appropriate legal or contractual basis.
15.2 Severability
15.2.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
15.3 Third-Party Rights
15.3.1 Except where applicable law provides otherwise, no person who is not a party to the Contract shall have the right to enforce its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
15.4 Governing Law
15.4.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.4.2 Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protections or rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.

By completing a Booking through the Company’s authorised booking system, the Parent confirms that:
They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
1. They agree to comply with the booking, payment, attendance and cancellation arrangements.
2. The information provided about the Pupil is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
