WHAT DO WE OFFER

Our school clubs and holiday camps provide parents with the perfect solution to finding that extra hour within the day.
Your child stays active and enjoys high quality sports coaching in the safe and familiar environment of their school or camp venue.
 
Our team of P.E and sport specialists will ensure that every child is engaged, active, learns and most importantly enjoys the activities whether they are an experienced sports person or completely new to the field.

PARENTS GUIDE

What will my child need to bring when attending a Synergy club or camp?

CLOTHING

We recommend wearing a jumper or hoody, t-shirt, Shorts, Tracksuit bottoms & Socks.

FOOTWEAR

For safety children should wear Trainers or plimsoles.

NOT NEEDED

Children SHOULD NOT bring Mobile Phones, Tablets, Money, Jewellery or anything valuable.

Typically, our after-school clubs run for 1 hour, generally from the moment school finishes. This ensures ample time for children to acquire new skills and engage in a beneficial amount of physical activity.

To find the duration of each after-school club, refer to the course details during the booking process.

Our after-school clubs are only available for children that are already pupils at the school where the session is taking place. 

Upon confirmation of your booking, an automated email will be sent to you, serving as your receipt. We ask that y kindly inform your child’s teacher about the club your child will be participating in after school. This helps ensure a smooth transition as your child is escorted to the activity.

Remember to pick up your child at the designated end time mentioned in the booking confirmation

Your child will need their P.E kit or suitable clothing, suitable shoes, and a water bottle for each session they attend.

Our current adult to child ratio for Holiday Camps is 1:16. This means that there are 16 children for every adult.

This ratio makes sure that all children are looked after with care and the correct amount of attention.

For our after-school clubs our ratio is 1:25. This means that there are 25 children for every adult.

Every member of our team undergoes an enhanced DBS check before being deployed, ensuring a thorough assessment of their background. staff are only assigned to their roles once this check has been successfully completed. Further more upon commencement of employment we gain 2 employer references and conduct a full employment gap assessment.

Prior to their deployment, all staff undergo training in Paediatric First Aid, with a mandatory renewal every 2 years.

Our holiday camps run every school holidays, with each camp consisting of fun games, competitive matches, skill practices and competitions. with our coaching sessions ranging from basic to advanced. Camps are ideal for 5-12 year olds.

HAF PROGRAMME

The Holiday Activities and Food programme (HAF) is a Government funded programme that provides school-aged children on benefits related free school meals in England with access to free healthy meals and activities over the Easter, summer and Christmas holidays.
